RALEIGH, NC, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Linton & Associates, PA today announced that it has merged with Stancil PC, a full-service certified public accounting firm serving clients since 1971. The transaction is effective August 17, 2026.
The combination unites Linton & Associates’ established client relationships with Stancil PC’s broader professional resources and depth of technical expertise. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Clients of Linton & Associates will continue to work with the same partners and staff members, and existing primary points of contact will remain unchanged. The firm’s current office location will also remain in operation following the merger.

The combined firm will also implement new technology and systems intended to improve scheduling, billing, tax return preparation, and client communications. In addition, the firm now has the capacity to accept new clients.
