WINSTON SALEM, NC, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Storagely, the website platform built for self-storage operators, announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company’s history. Operators will see it publicly for the first time at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show, September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.
The self-storage industry has changed since Storagely entered it. Operators are asking new questions and running into new constraints, and the company decided the answer was not another round of features. 3.0.1 is a new architecture, written exclusively around the way operators run their business.
“Operators have been telling us the same three things for years,” said Austin Simmons, who was named Chief Executive Officer in April of 2026. “They want to be more hands-on, not stuck behind a support ticket. They want to launch a new location in days, not weeks. And they want each facility to be able to stand out in its own market. We stopped just adding features and decided it’s time to rebuild around those pain points.”
Here is what the rebuild changes for operators:
More control. FLEX, the platform’s drag-and-drop editor, lets operators edit any block, swap layouts, and ship new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, Storagely’s new Location Profile Manager, keeps every location’s details (like address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, amenities, etc.) in one convenient place, replacing multiple spreadsheets and hours of work, with a single source of truth that automatically updates your website. With the new ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to your Google Business profile can update location details directly on your website as well. Together they give operators a faster path than the support ticket, and allow customization options that give each facility its own identity instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Faster launches. New sites launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as fast. This new era of launch velocity is what finally allows operators to move at their own pace, stay agile, and make quick decisions when needed to move the needle.
Better performance. Storagely rebuilt 3.0.1 from the ground up, exclusively for self-storage: modern architecture, faster load times across mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. All still paired with our newly imagined one-page checkout that has exciting new upgrades like the long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.
Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer now CEO, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman, Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business, including the years before it entered self-storage.
“For years I’ve watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today,” said Leimone. “3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he’s the right person to lead it.”
Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 across September 8th-11th at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo.
