CHICAGO, IL, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Revenova, the cloud-native transportation management system (TMS) built on Salesforce, announced its native integration with OpenTrack is officially available to customers. Together, Revenova and OpenTrack are bringing real-time ocean, rail, and drayage container visibility directly into Revenova TMS.
The integration eliminates the need for logistics teams to switch between carrier portals, rail websites, terminal systems, and third-party tracking tools by delivering container milestones, exception alerts, and shipment status updates within the same platform used to quote, dispatch, manage, and invoice freight.
“Revenova customers move freight the moment it leaves the port, but ocean and intermodal legs have long been a visibility blind spot. Our integration with OpenTrack closes that gap by aggregating carrier, terminal, rail, and drayage data into a single, accurate, real-time view of every container,” says Dave Romanchuk, Vice President of Product Development at Revenova.
Designed for freight brokers, drayage providers, intermodal operators, and enterprise logistics organizations, the integration gives customers a single operational view of container movements throughout the intermodal journey from ocean vessel to final delivery.
“Being able to see the data is not the same as being able to act on it with confidence. Most teams can’t reliably automate because they have to keep re-checking data manually. If an ETA is only mostly right, and somebody has to verify it before the customer notification goes out, then you haven’t automated anything,” says Martin Hendleman, CTO of OpenTrack.
OpenTrack is delivering measurable results for high-volume freight brokers, helping teams reduce costly delays and improve container velocity.
Across selected freight broker customers, pickups occurring after Last Free Day decreased by 77%, while median street dwell time fell 23% within one year of adopting OpenTrack.
OpenTrack’s container intelligence is powered by direct data partnerships with major ocean carriers, terminals, and rail providers, providing standardized milestone information, predictive ETAs, and proactive exception management for global container movements.
In one case, a freight broker reduced average demurrage days per container by an impressive 92%, while the remaining late pickups were 38% less severe.
“By bringing this intelligence directly into the TMS, we’re giving brokers, 3PLs, and carriers the ETAs and exception alerts they need to get ahead of demurrage and detention costs – without ever leaving the platform they already run their business on,” says Romanchuk.
Key capabilities include:
-Real-time container tracking across ocean, rail, terminal, and drayage movements
-Automated exception alerts for delays and operational disruptions
-Consolidated container milestones within Revenova TMS
-Container Console for monitoring active shipments and filtering by status
-Customs visibility and hold management
-Last Free Day to help reduce demurrage and detention costs
-Interactive shipment mapping with live container locations
For freight brokers, the integration helps customer service teams answer shipment status questions before customers ask. Drayage providers gain better visibility into container availability and appointment planning, while intermodal operators receive a continuous shipment timeline across every transportation mode. Enterprise logistics organizations benefit from centralized, granular container data that supports faster operational decisions and improved customer service.
“Revenova customers can now get container data accurate enough to power their workflows without anyone checking it first,” adds Hendleman.
The OpenTrack integration is part of Revenova’s continued investment in creating a unified transportation platform that combines execution, automation, artificial intelligence, and real-time supply chain visibility into a single workflow. Released as part of Revenova’s Spring ’26 product release, the integration complements other platform enhancements focused on dispatch validation, LTL optimization, AI-powered automation, and operational efficiency.
