2026 Chuseok Korean Festival in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (KCCLA) and MAUM MARKET will host the 2026 Chuseok Korean Festival on Sunday, September 20, from 11 AM to 4 PM at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.

Chuseok is one of Korea’s most important traditional holidays, bringing families and communities together. This free festival invites everyone to experience Korean culture through live performances, traditional activities, and Korean food.

The festival will feature Korean traditional music and dance, K-Pop performances, Random Play Dance, and a special large-brush calligraphy performance.

Visitors can also enjoy hands-on activities such as trying on hanbok, making Hangeul keychains, writing their names in Korean, and playing traditional Korean games.

A special Chuseok food tasting with Chef Jiyoung Park of Park’s Kitchen will introduce guests to Korean holiday food, including songpyeon and jeon.

Partner organizations will also offer booths featuring Korean tourism, Hangeul, K-Snack, and cultural experiences.
