This addition expands the firm’s vertical software expertise into insurance and construction

Tyler brings extensive vertical software M&A and capital markets expertise and will establish and lead the firm’s investment banking activities in Insurance Software and Construction Software.

Over the course of his career, Tyler has served as a strategic advisor to corporate and private equity clients on technology M&A and financing transactions. Prior to joining BGL, he spent more than a decade at Rothschild & Co, where he helped grow the U.S. Technology investment banking franchise and West Coast presence. He has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, cross-border transactions, capital raises, IPOs, and other strategic transactions.
