Noibu, the platform for AI-powered ecommerce operations, today launched a set of six AI agents that close the gap between knowing what an online store could do better and actually doing it. The agents work inside the store’s own behavioral, commercial, and technical data to find what’s worth changing — a growth opportunity, an experiment worth running, an accessibility gap, a revenue-losing bug — then draft the change, ship it once a human approves, and measure the result against what it promised to move.
The launch marks a shift in what Noibu is. For nearly a decade, tools in this space ended at a dashboard: they told a merchant what was wrong and left the fixing, testing, and measuring to someone else. Noibu now runs the full loop — detect, diagnose, recommend, act, and validate — with a human approval step built in at the point anything reaches a live store.
And the loop compounds. Each change ships, the store’s own data reports what shoppers did with it, and that result becomes the starting point for the next change. Run it every week and the store improves on a schedule — a website that gets better at making itself better, with a person saying yes at each step. The limit stops being how many people a team has and becomes how many changes it chooses to approve.
“Until now, a store got better at the speed of the people working on it. That constraint is gone,” said Kailin Noivo, Co-Founder of Noibu. “A store can land a measured improvement every day, whatever its headcount, and the team’s job narrows to the one decision that should stay human: whether it ships.”
Why now
Noibu is built only for ecommerce, which means the company spends its time talking to the people who actually run online stores. Over the past year, the same three mandates came up in nearly every one of those conversations, and they don’t reconcile. Grow the number. Spend less on the outside help that used to get the work done. And put AI to work in a way that shows up in revenue, not in a slide — all with the team they already have.
The first wave of AI made the questions faster to answer and left the work exactly where it was: in a dev queue, behind a retainer, on an analyst’s list. Merchants told Noibu they didn’t need a faster answer. They needed the change made, and proof it worked. That is exactly what Noibu has launched to increase revenue for brands — from a one-person DTC team to an enterprise retailer.
The six agents
Noibu’s agents span the operational surfaces that decide whether a store grows — not just the ones where it breaks:
– CRO Agent — surfaces conversion opportunities from the store’s own behavior and turns them into changes worth shipping.
– A/B Testing Agent — writes experiments with a hypothesis, a success metric, and variations, then serves and reads them.
– ADA Compliance Agent — finds and helps close accessibility gaps against WCAG standards.
– Bug Resolution Agent — detects revenue-losing errors and writes the fix as a pull request.
– Performance Agent — targets Core Web Vitals and site speed issues that cost sessions and rankings.
– ROAS Agent — works the store’s advertising return, finding where paid traffic is wasted or a journey leaks after the click.
Each works from the same proprietary data layer — sessions, scroll depth, click maps, customer journeys, Core Web Vitals, errors, and checkout events — tied to the release that was live and the test variation each shopper saw, so “did it work” is a query rather than a meeting.
Early results come from live stores across platforms:
– At Totally Bamboo, one person runs all of direct-to-consumer across 600+ SKUs. An agent surfaced a product-data error that had been firing about 40 times a day for months and wrote the fix; it was live the next morning, turning two weeks of expected debugging into half a day. A collection-page filter tested off the store’s own data converted 24% better, and 30 days later conversion was up 7% over the prior 30. A CLS score that had been in the red since 2024 went from 0.53 to 0.02.
– At Creative Bag, a BigCommerce merchant with no in-house developers, the COO reviewed and shipped agent-written changes to production himself.
– A brand group running eight storefronts off one small team syncs Core Web Vitals and errors across all of them each morning and shipped a same-day fix for a release-tied error spike that had sat unresolved for a week.
– An ecommerce manager at a brand in trial traced a theme error firing 232,599 times in a single day, shipped the fix, watched the count drop to zero — and came back the following week to run the analysis that proved it.
What makes the loop work
Noibu’s position is that the insight itself is now a commodity. Any capable model handed a conversion report can point to the drop-off. The hard part is everything after the suggestion: serving the change to the right visitors without breaking the page, logging every change as a release event the data can see, and joining it all to an unsampled, store-specific data pipeline so the result can be measured against a control. Those three pieces of plumbing, built per-platform across Shopify, Agentforce commerce, commercetools, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and headless stacks, are what separate a working loop from what the company calls “a very confident intern.”
Availability
Noibu’s AI agents for ecommerce are available now to Noibu customers, with connectors into the AI clients merchants already use. Additional agents are in development and will roll out on a continuous basis. More information is available at noibu.com.
About Noibu
Noibu is AI for ecommerce operations, the always-on optimization system that keeps online stores running at their best. Deployed on a retailer’s storefront, Noibu captures every site visit to reveal what’s broken, slow, confusing, or leaking ad spend, and where the biggest opportunities to grow are hiding, then puts a team of supervised AI agents to work, turning those insights into action. Each agent owns an outcome, whether it’s conversion, page speed, or ROAS – finding the work, doing the work, and handing results back for human approval. Noibu is trusted by leading retailers like Free People, Guess, Liquid I.V., Ariat, and more. Learn more at noibu.com.
