CHANHASSEN, Minn., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Life Time (NYSE: LTH), the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand and one of the largest operators of pickleball courts in North America, today announced the expansion of its LT Classic tournament into a quarterly tournament series beginning October 16^th.

The LT Classic brings players together at Life Time athletic country clubs across the country for competitive play and community connection. The tournament creates opportunities for amateur players to test their skills, connect with fellow competitors and experience organized competition at Life Time’s premier pickleball destinations.

Under the theme “Play where the pros play,” participants will compete at some of Life Time’s most iconic pickleball venues, home to many PPA Pro and Challenger events. Each host club will have its own prize pool, with cash payouts available across every division and top prizes of $2,000 or more. Across all divisions, more than $20,000 in prize money will be awarded. Beyond cash payouts, participants can win premium JOOLA paddles and gear, plus other exciting sponsor prizes. Most events will include a registration gift, from Tyrol shoes to a Vooray bag.

Life Time has rapidly expanded its courts, lessons, leagues, open play and tournament experiences since 2021, becoming one of the largest providers of pickleball courts in North America with more than 960 permanent courts. Its LT Pro 48 pickleball, designed by Life Time Founder, Chairman and CEO Bahram Akradi and his team, became the official ball of the PPA Tour in 2025 and Major League Pickleball in 2026.

The 2026 LT Classic features tournaments in California, Georgia, Illinois and Minnesota. The series begins October 16 in San Clemente, California, before continuing in Atlanta, Chicago and Minneapolis throughout October and November.
