Sergey Zakharchenko, a nationally respected insurance technology architect, joins Savus to scale systems already powering carrier quoting, binding, and key integrations

Zakharchenko is the former Chief Architect of SelectQuote, one of the largest direct-to-consumer insurance distribution platforms in the country. He is recognized nationally as an expert in building insurance systems that perform at scale. His appointment comes as the Savus platform further expands quoting, binding, and policy issuance for its distribution partners while also expanding into new lines and partners.

At SelectQuote, Zakharchenko served as Chief Architect and was responsible for the high-volume systems behind online insurance shopping and fulfillment for one of the industry’s largest publicly traded distributors. Before SelectQuote, his career included a stop as Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, building systems in one of the most demanding environments in financial services where reliability, security, and regulatory rigor are non-negotiable.
