VanEck today launched the VanEck Wealth Builder ETF (NYSE: WBMO), an actively managed, all-in-one ETF designed to provide investors with a diversified portfolio in a single fund. WBMO brings global stocks and bonds together with real assets and a measured bitcoin allocation, with VanEck selecting the investments, managing the allocation, and rebalancing the portfolio, at a 0.33% gross expense ratio.1
Investors have access to more markets and asset classes than ever, but deciding what to own, how much to allocate and when to rebalance remains complicated. At the same time, many traditional all-in-one portfolios remain centered on stocks and bonds. WBMO is designed to bring all-in-one simplicity to a broader portfolio, which may leave investors with one main decision: how much to invest.
The portfolio is built around long-term structural trends, from technological disruption to shifting fiscal and inflation dynamics, while diversifying across assets that respond differently to changing market and economic conditions. It seeks growth opportunities through targeted exposure to transformative technologies while incorporating gold and other real assets for alternative sources of return. Diversified global equities, different sources of fixed income and a measured bitcoin exposure complement these positions, with each allocation deliberately sized to balance long-term growth potential, income and diversification.
WBMO builds on VanEck’s established Wealth Builder model portfolios, bringing an investment approach previously available to financial advisors through third-party wealth management platforms to a broader range of investors. Like the models, WBMO follows an open-architecture approach, drawing from both VanEck and third-party ETFs to construct a diversified portfolio based on the firm’s long-term macro outlook.
“The traditional 60/40 portfolio was built for a different investment landscape. An asset allocation that extends beyond stocks and bonds to include real assets gives investors the potential to perform across a wider range of economic outcomes and investment regimes,” said David Schassler, Portfolio Manager and Head of Multi-Asset Solutions at VanEck. “Our Wealth Builder strategy brings together the asset classes we believe are best positioned to perform over the next decade, with a disciplined approach to managing how they fit together.”
VanEck’s investment philosophy is to identify the 10-year macro trends reshaping global markets to give investors access to differentiated, high conviction investment opportunities. WBMO brings that forward-looking perspective to portfolio construction, combining VanEck’s macro views and multi-asset expertise in a single, actively managed ETF.

About VanEck
VanEck has a history of looking beyond the financial markets to identify trends that are likely to create impactful investment opportunities. We were one of the first U.S. asset managers to offer investors access to international markets. This set the tone for the firm’s drive to identify asset classes and trends – including gold investing in 1968, emerging markets in 1993, and exchange traded funds in 2006 – that subsequently shaped the investment management industry.
Today, VanEck offers active and passive strategies with compelling exposures supported by well-designed investment processes. As of September 30, 2026, VanEck managed approximately $244.1 billion in assets, including mutual funds, ETFs and institutional accounts. The firm’s capabilities range from core investment opportunities to more specialized exposures to enhance portfolio diversification. Our actively managed strategies are fueled by in-depth, bottom-up research and security selection from portfolio managers with direct experience in the sectors and regions in which they invest. Investability, liquidity, diversity, and transparency are key to the experienced decision-making around market and index selection underlying VanEck’s passive strategies.
Since our founding in 1955, putting our clients’ interests first, in all market environments, has been at the heart of the firm’s mission.

VanEck Wealth Builder ETF (WBMO) Disclosures
An investment in the Fund involves a substantial degree of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Investors in the Fund should be willing to accept a high degree of volatility in the price of the Fund’s Shares and the possibility of significant losses. An investment in the Fund is not a deposit with a bank and is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Therefore, you should consider carefully various risks before investing in the Fund, each of which could significantly and adversely affect the value of an investment in the Fund.
An investment in the Fund may be subject to risks which include, among others, risks related to investing in Underlying ETPs, which may subject the Fund to ETP-related equity securities, foreign securities, ETP-related foreign currency, CLO, credit, interest rate, call, U.S. government securities, U.S. Treasury securities, commodities, digital asset instruments, gold, natural resources companies, MLPs, small-, medium- and large-capitalization companies, derivatives, futures contract, concentration, and BDCs risks, all of which may adversely affect the Fund. The Fund may also be subject to fund of funds, investing in ETPs, market, high portfolio turnover, data, cash transactions, operational, active management, authorized participant concentration, seed investor, new fund, no guarantee of active trading market, trading issues, fund shares trading, premium/discount, liquidity of fund shares, affiliated fund, non-diversified, and subsidiary investment risks. Certain Underlying ETPs and the Subsidiary are not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and do not afford the investor protections of registered funds. Foreign investments are subject to risks, which include changes in economic and political conditions, foreign currency fluctuations, changes in foreign regulations, and changes in currency exchange rates which may negatively impact the Fund’s returns. Small-, medium- and large-capitalization companies may be subject to elevated risks.
Digital asset instruments may be subject to risks associated with investing in digital asset exchange-traded products (“ETPs”), which include the historical extreme volatility of the digital asset and cryptocurrency market, as well as less regulation and thus fewer investor protections, as these ETPs are not investment companies registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (“1940 Act”) or commodity pools for the purposes of the Commodity Exchange Act (“CEA”).
Commodities may be subject to further risks, including derivatives risk and futures contract risk. This risk may be adversely affected by “negative roll yields” in “contango” markets. The Fund will “roll” out of one futures contract as the expiration date approaches and into another futures contract with a later expiration date. The “rolling” feature creates the potential for a significant negative effect on the Fund’s performance that is independent of the performance of the spot prices of the underlying commodity. The “spot price” of a commodity is the price of that commodity for immediate delivery, as opposed to a futures price, which represents the price for delivery on a specified date in the future. The Fund would be expected to experience negative roll yield if the futures prices tend to be greater than the spot price. A market where futures prices are generally greater than spot prices is referred to as a “contango” market. Therefore, if the futures market for a given commodity is in contango, then the value of a futures contract on that commodity would tend to decline over time (assuming the spot price remains unchanged), because the higher futures price would fall as it converges to the lower spot price by expiration. Extended period of contango may cause significant and sustained losses. Additionally, because of the frequency with which the Fund may roll futures contracts, the impact of contango on Fund performance may be greater than it would have been if the Fund rolled futures contracts less frequently.
