Ingram Micro today released its 2025 Sustainable Impact Report, detailing the company’s progress made through 2025 to reduce carbon emissions, advance zero-waste operations, and strengthen worker health and safety.

Report highlights include:

  • Reduced Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 45% from the 2022 baseline, reaching half of our 2030 SBTi target within three years

  • Diverted 94% of waste from landfill and incineration, surpassing our 2030 target for the second consecutive year

  • Reduced the Days Away Incident Rate by 13% year over year

  • Earned Great Place to Work® Certification™ in eight countries

  • Received an EcoVadis Gold rating, placing Ingram Micro in the top 5% of more than 150,000 companies on the EcoVadis platform

Our 2025 Sustainable Impact Report is fully in accordance with GRI reporting principles and incorporates indices for multiple global reporting standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Index, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board® (SASB) Index, Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Index, and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) Index.
