Ingram Micro today released its 2025 Sustainable Impact Report, detailing the company’s progress made through 2025 to reduce carbon emissions, advance zero-waste operations, and strengthen worker health and safety.
“Throughout 2025, we continued to expand our impact, remaining focused on supporting our customers, investing in our people, strengthening the communities where we live and work, and operating responsibly and sustainably,” said Paul Bay, CEO of Ingram Micro. “We made meaningful progress on our 10 to Zero initiative and remained on track toward our 2030 targets.”
Report highlights include:
- Reduced Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 45% from the 2022 baseline, reaching half of our 2030 SBTi target within three years
- Diverted 94% of waste from landfill and incineration, surpassing our 2030 target for the second consecutive year
- Reduced the Days Away Incident Rate by 13% year over year
- Earned Great Place to Work® Certification™ in eight countries
- Received an EcoVadis Gold rating, placing Ingram Micro in the top 5% of more than 150,000 companies on the EcoVadis platform
